It is with sad hearts that JRAC announces that one of the region’s most cherished holiday events has been cancelled due to the inclement weather conditions. The parade is for both the boaters and participants, and the snow and ice at each of the four viewing sites is expected to make it unsafe tonight. JRAC encourages people to stay home and be safe tonight.
JRAC planners have decided instead to hold this 25th anniversary celebration in July 2018 and the new date will be announced in January.
